An online fashion store in Bangladesh wanted to boost sales through Facebook Ads but was struggling with low engagement and poor ROI. They had already spent money on ads without getting satisfying results.

Objectives (Before)

Low CTR (Click Through Rate) of just 0.7%
High Cost Per Purchase (৳320)
Poor audience targeting – ads were reaching irrelevant users
Limited sales from ads (only 15 orders/month) despite running ads regularly

My Approach

  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Identified trending products and successful ad strategies in the same niche.
  2. Audience Targeting – Created custom audiences based on interests, lookalikes, and retargeting of website visitors & page engagers.
  3. Ad Creatives – Designed eye-catching carousel and video ads with strong call-to-actions (CTA).
  4. A/B Testing – Tested multiple ad copies, creatives, and audience sets to find the best performing combination.
  5. Conversion Tracking – Implemented Facebook Pixel to track sales, addtocarts, and website visits.
  6. Budget Optimization – Shifted budget to high performing ad sets and scaled campaigns gradually.

Results (After 2 Months)

CTR improved from 0.7% → 3.8%
Cost Per Purchase reduced from ৳320 → ৳110
Sales increased from 15 orders/month → 95 orders/month
Overall ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) improved to 5.2x
Page followers grew by 3,200+ organic likes from ads engagement
